Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers (any color), halved lengthwise, seeds removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 (15 oz) can lentils, drained and rinsed
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (drained slightly)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions
- Preheat oven: to 375°F (190°C). Place pepper halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
